Cash Loans is solely responsible for the safety and confidentiality of information of the borrower. The Data Protection Act of 1998 states that a borrower has the right to know how and where his personal information is being utilized.
All information received from the applicant passes through the secure server software. The information will be encrypted.
The information taken from the applicant will include the applicant/s name, address, telephone number, etc. This information proves helpful in searching for products rightly suited to the requirements of the applicant. We will contact the applicant either through phone or by mailing them about any new services and recent developments. However, the applicant can choose not to be contacted by writing to us.
We will take all steps to ensure that the information is not used by any unauthorized sources. We will not pass or sell the information to any individual or organization. Marketing organizations, which might use the information to undertake marketing campaigns, are particularly avoided. Prior permission of the individual will be taken before any such transfer.
We will pass the information to our sister organizations and various associate lenders to help in arranging an appropriate product for the applicant’s requirements. If the applicant’s personal information is required by any government organization or a court of law, then we will pass on the information without any prior intimation.
